We are looking for someone with Customer Care and Inside Sales experience to join our team. The Sales Assistant role involves ensuring order accuracy and timely execution of all automatic and manual orders. This position is best suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced work environment, while having a keen eye for detail. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills as this role heavily revolves around communication with our customers and suppliers to facilitate a flawless order execution. Many other aspects of our business work cohesively with this position, so this candidate will demonstrate an eagerness for teamwork and collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities
Analyze, review and process purchase orders and sales orders through our CRM software while ensuring accuracy and validity of all relevant information including pricing, scheduling, and shipment information
Suggest additional or alternative products or services that meet the customer needs
Communicate discrepancies, errors, and issues within Purchase Orders (PO’s) and actively engage in finding a solution
Coordinate with the production team and logistics to ensure incoming orders can be filled as expected
Update and maintain the customer database
Serve as a communication link between Customers and Sales Manager to assure responsiveness
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, and technical information regarding the products
Build customer rapport and loyalty by placing follow-up calls to keep clients abreast of support related matters
Provide excellent customer service by displaying effective communication skills in identifying, trouble shooting and resolving issues
2+ years of experience in sales support (inside sales, sales coordinator) within a business to business environment
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Experience using any CRM or similar database to track and update customer information
Works well in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to various situations prioritizing multiple work assignments simultaneously
Organized, and thorough in administration of sales process
Excellent people skills with clear, concise communication
Enthusiastic, positive, highly motivated, and a self starter that is able to work independently
Complements the team and contributes to growth and innovation
This is a full-time permanent position. Monday through Thursday you will work form 8am to 4:30pm. On Friday’s you’ll finish a little early, at 3pm, and this is just one of the perks we offer our employees.
